Is this encrypted?
Documents travel over HTTPS and are stored encrypted at rest by our storage provider. We are not going to dress that up as a certification we do not hold: if your professional body or a client's contract requires a specific standard, check it against what we publish before you rely on us for it.
Can I share a file with someone who is not the client?
Yes, with a link you can revoke. It still lands on the client record, so the fact that it was shared is part of the file rather than a thing one person remembers.
What happens to the files if we leave?
