Is this encrypted?
Documents travel over HTTPS and are stored encrypted at rest by our storage provider. We are not going to dress that up as a certification we do not hold: if your professional body or a client's contract requires a specific standard, check it against what we publish before you rely on us for it.
Can I share a file with someone who is not the client?
Yes, with a link you can revoke. It still lands on the client record, so the fact that it was shared is part of the file rather than a thing one person remembers.
What happens to the files if we leave?
You can export your clients, documents and engagements at any time while the subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends. There is no export fee and no migration package to buy.
