Do you need a full practice management suite instead?
If you run a hundred staff, need workflow across every return in the practice, or want time recording, billing, tax preparation and the client portal in one system, buy a suite: the practice management platforms do that, priced per user. Tickmarko is for the practice of one to twenty that needs the client file, the requests and the engagement paperwork, without paying per seat for modules it will not open.
Both are honest answers to different practices. If the list on the right is what you need, we would rather you bought it than paid us $79 a month for the half of it we do.
