Agree it in writing

The first request list goes to the client through the portal as a set of named items. They can see what is still outstanding, which is a better prompt than a third email asking whether they got the second one.

Does Tickmarko run anti money laundering or identity checks?
No. AML and identity verification are a different product with a different regulator behind it, and we do not ship one. You can store the evidence of a check you ran elsewhere against the client record, but Tickmarko does not perform the check or tell you it was sufficient.
Can clients sign the engagement letter in Tickmarko?
They can receive it through the portal and you can record that it was accepted and when. We do not currently offer a qualified electronic signature, and we would rather say that plainly than let the word signing do work it cannot do.
What about onboarding a client mid year?
The proposal worksheet spreads a year end job over twelve months, so a client taken on in month five is priced on the months you will actually bill rather than on a full year you will not.
